Learning Our Vision Event – You may be aware that the territory has released a new vision:

We are an innovative partner,

mobilized to share hope wherever there is hardship,

building communities that are just and know the love of Jesus.

If you are interested in learning more about this vision and how it impacts the Army in the territory and in our own congregation, please sign up for one of the information sessions being held at the end of May. An invitation letter is attached with all the information you need.
As well, feel free to check out www.salvationist.ca for all the latest Salvation Army information and stories.

SUNDAY SCHOOL We are in the very beginning stages of our planning to reopen. As we prepare, one area that we hope to start up soon is our Sunday School. To that end, if you are a Sunday School teacher or would like to become a part of this important ministry, please let me know as soon as possible. We have made a change to our curriculum and we’d like to get some training in and all the necessary paperwork completed before we start.
College and Careers (for young adults) –We will be doing a study called “Rhythm”, looking at the rhythms God has created for life, how we can get in rhythm with God and what to do when we get out of rhythm with Him.
This will happen on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. and begin this week. Here’s the link to join the study:

PARENTS – Each week, I will be sending out a link to our Sunday School at home curriculum. This link includes a teaching video for the appropriate age, and a download that gives you an activity and some guided questions to help your children learn and grow in their faith. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me. This curriculum is what we will be using when we get back together, so now is a great time for you to test it out with your kids!
Here is a great article on sharing your faith through personal evangelism. Take some time to read through it and equip yourselves to share the your faith with those around you who don’t know Jesus. Click Here
